General conditions of sale and use of skipasses
Ski passes entitle the holder to free travel during its period of validity, in the area mentioned on it. Ski passes are strictly personal and non-transferable.

Ski passes may be checked in every installation by the personnel, as well as with computer means. The offenders (fraud, lack of discipline, falsification,...) will hae their ski pass confiscated immediately and will be forced to pay a fine of CHF 200.- + the price of a daily card. The company reserves the right to prosecute.

The prices of our ski passes for two days ore more are degressive. Therefore you assume the risk of bad weather conditions, which migt reduce the use of our ski-lifts.

SKI PASS
Ski passes can be issued the evening before the first day of validity, after 3.00 pm.
A passport photograph is obligatory from 8 days. 
All ski passes are issued on the Portes du Soleil "hands free" chipcard, price CHF 3.-. The card is not refundable but is rechargeable. The cards are valid for 2 years. The old cards can not be returned.

PAYMENT
Beside cash, we also accept accept Reka cheques/Rekacard and the following credit cards: Visa, American Express, Diners, Eurocard, My-One and Pharmacard. Poscard and Maestro are also available.

"BONUS" POINTS
Each purchase of a ski pass at an individual rate, with the exception of season passes, gives you bonus points. A free Portes du Soleil daay pass is offered from 200 points on the same card. It's possible to accumulate the points from season to season. The transfer of bonus points from one card to another is not possible. The bonus points acquired in a purchase at the ticket office and those acquired through internet can not be accumulated together and are subject of 2 separate accounts.

To obtain a reduction, a supporting document is required. The student must present a valid student card. Reductions are in no case cumulative.

FAMILY CONDITIONS
A minimum of 4 paying persons, (father, mother, single children up to 19 years old, 24 years old if student or apprentice)
The ski pass must be valid for the same period for all members of the family. The skiarea can be different.
A passport or an identity card for each memeber of the family is required to obtain the discount.

REDUCTIONS FOR GROUPS
Group from 13 to 49 persons+/- 10 % discount
Group from 50 persons+/- 15 % discount

All ski passes must be bought on the same day and for the same duration. The skiarea can be different. The skipasses must be paid cash or with a debit card (Postcard / Maestro).
Group rates do not apply with family reduction.
Thes rates are only valid for skipasses from l/2 to 21 days.

LOSS OF  SKI PASS
With presentation of the receipt of the purchase, the client will get a new ski pass after deduction of one day.

REFUNDING
The non-use of the ski pass in case of bad weather conditions, avalanche danger, unforeseen departure disturbance of traffic, closed ski runs, accident, illness, does not give right to a refund or a continuation.
In case of accident only, the part non used of a season ski pass will be reimbursed by us on the presentation of a medical certificate (no refund for the accompagnants of the concerned person). Refunds are made in effect to the price paid: 75% till 31st of December, 50% till 31st of January, 25% till 28th of February, 0% from the 1st of March. Claims must be made before March 31st of the current season.
No refund on 1/2 to 30 days ticket, points cards, single ways and non-consecutive days.
You can buy an insurance, Passprotect or Snowcare, when purchasing your ski-pass.

SEASON SKI PASS

Pre-season ski pass: from October 21, to November 10, 2013, the winter season ski passes are sold with a 10% reduction.

  • The season ski passes Portes du Soleil and CLCF offer you 4 days passes with a 50% reduction in any ski resorts.
  • The owners of a Portes du Soleil season ski pass more than CHF 300.-, can get unti March 31st, 2014, for CHF 5.-, 3 vouchers for a free day in other resorts in Haute-Savoie.
  • The owners of a Season CLCF, deposing his ski pass at he cash desk, can get a day pass Portes du Soleil with a discount of 20% on the normal price.
  • Presentation of your season ski pass 2013/2014 will entitle you to a 50 % discount of ticket Portes-du-Soleil MTB during the summer 2014.
