GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE OF SKIPASSES

Ski-passes entitle the holder, to free travel during its period of validity, in the area mentioned on it. Ski-passes are strictly personal and non-transferable.

Lift-passes may be checked in every installation by the personnel, as well as with computer means. The offenders (fraud, lack of discipline, falsification,...) will have their ski-pass confiscated immediately and will be forced to pay a fine of CHF 200.- + the price of a daily card. The company reserves the right to prosecute.

The prices of our ski-passes for two days or more are degressive. Therefor you take a part of the risk of bad weather conditions, which might reduce the use of our ski-lifts. 

SKI PASS
Ski-passes can be issued the evening before the first day of validity, after 3.00 pm.
A passport photograph is obligatory from 6 days. The deposit for the chipcard is CHF 5.-.
The first day of skiing should begin in the country where the ski-pass was purchased.

Loyalty points "BONUS"
Each individual purchase, at the full price earns loyalty points (with the exception of season passes). A free Portes du Soleil lift pass is available when you have 200 bonus worth of points on the same card. You can collect the points over several seasons. The transfer of points on another card is not possible.

REDUCED RATES
Children under 5 years old : free of charge if they are accompanied by a paying adult (max. 2 children per person), available for CLCF or Portes-du-Soleil.
Children  under 5 years odl : following the course with a ski school pay the SUPERKID price : CHF 8.- per day on the skiarea Champéry - Les Crosets.
Child : from 5 to 15
Youth : from 16 to 19
Student : from 20 to 24 = Youth rate
Senior : from 63

To obtain a reduction, a supporting document is required.
The students must present a valid student card.
Reductions are in no case cumulative.
 

FAMILY CONDITIONS
A minimum of 4 paying persons (father, mother, single children up to 19 years old, 24 years old if student or apprentice)
The ski-pass must be valid for the same period for all members of the family. The skiarea can be different.
A passport or an identity card for each member of the family is required to obtain the discount. 

REDUCTION FOR GROUPS
Group from 13 to 49 persons : +/- 10 % discount
Group from 50                           : +/- 15 % discount
All ski-passes must be bought on the same day and for the same duration. The skiarea can be different. The ski-passes must be paid cash or with a debit cart (Postcard / Maestro)
Group rates do not apply with family reductions.
These rates are only valid for ski-passes from 1/2 to 30 days.

LOSS OF SKI PASS
There is no replacement for 1/2 day up to 2 days.
3 days and more : with presentation of the receipt of the purchase, the client will get a new ski pass and pay 10 % of the initial value + CHF 5.- of fee.

REFUNDING
The non-use of the skipass in case of bad weather conditions, avalanche danger, unforeseen departure disturbance of traffic, closed ski runs, accident, illness, does not give right to refund or a continuation.

In case of accident only, the part non used of a season ski-pass will be reimbursed  by us on the presentation of a medical certificate (no refund for the accompagnants of the concerned person). Refund are made in effect to the price paid: 75% till 31st December, 50% till 31st January, 25% till 28th of February, 0% from the 1st of March. Claims must be made before March the 31st of the current season.
You can buy an insurance , PassProtct and Snowcare when purchasing your ski-pass. 

SEASON SKI PASS
Pre-season ski pass : from October 25, to November 14, 2010, the winter season ski passes are sold with a 10 % reduction.

• The season ski-passes Portes du Soleil and CLCF offer you 4 days passes with a 50 % reduction in other ski resorts (Valais and Leysin/Villars/Diablerets)
•  The owners of a Portes du Soleil season ski -ass, can get for CHF 5.-, 3 vouchers for a free day in other resorts in Haute-Savoie.
•  The owners of a Season CLCF, deposing his skipass at the cash desk, can get a day pass Portes du Soleil with a discount of 20 % on the normal price.
•  Presentation of your season ski pass 2010/2011 will entitle you to a 50 % discount of  ticket  Portes-du-Soleil  MTB during the summer 2011 except for the non-consecutive journey, and the points cards.

TICKET OFFICE TIMETABLE Champéry - Les Crosets 8.00 an to 5.00 pm, every day
